This goofy neighbor of mine that was next to my house I lived in growing up, he was kind of a perv. There were a few college girls that were renting a room across the street from him and he was always leering at them as they would come and go. He practically lived out on his porch and was keeping an eye on everyones comings and goings in the neighborhood. The college girls kept him plenty entertained apparently. I caught the old coot more than once looking out his window watching the college girls with a pair of binoculars.
